This piece is an exploration of memory and connection. In contrast to the often somber tone of the disease, Reminiscence highlights the moments of clarity, rediscovery, and reconnection that can still emerge in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's. The dancers represent the fragments of a person’s memory, but instead of loss and confusion, they express the joy and beauty that arise when those memories are found, remembered, and cherished.
